Gary Weber
Gary Weber is our KSA Group’s National Turnaround Manager. He’s passionate about saving viable businesses and has worked with many of our clients in the hospitality sector. He himself has a background in hospitality. He owned and ran a busy commercial catering business, managed and run several bars and pubs, and has personally experienced and overcome many problems faced by the hospitality sector.
He is straight-talking, can quickly identify where a business can be improved and offers easy to understand advice to business owners.
Keith Steven, our KSA Group managing director, heavily involved in turnaround and insolvency leadership, a CVA expert, and dedicated to helping SMEs across the UK in every sector…. he is also a publican! Well, he owns a wine bar and restaurant in a Northumberland town.
