Gary Weber is our KSA Group’s National Turnaround Manager. He’s passionate about saving viable businesses and has worked with many of our clients in the hospitality sector. He himself has a background in hospitality. He owned and ran a busy commercial catering business, managed and run several bars and pubs, and has personally experienced and overcome many problems faced by the hospitality sector.
He is straight-talking, can quickly identify where a business can be improved and offers easy to understand advice to business owners.
Keith Steven, our KSA Group managing director, heavily involved in turnaround and insolvency leadership, a CVA expert, and dedicated to helping SMEs across the UK in every sector…. he is also a publican!
